With experience guiding partners through every stage of construction, from conceptualization to implementation, Asyncrite is dedicated to crafting secure and long-lasting structures.

As a Structural Engineer at MASS Design Group, Asyncrite helps to develop internal documentation and standards for modeling software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. During his five-year tenure at MASS, he has contributed to the structural design of a range of projects in healthcare, conservation, and education, most notably he led the engineering design drawing production and coordination of the New Luanda Military Hospital and the IHI Model Maternity; the civil drawings for Manicaland-UNOPS and Norrsken Kigali House; as well as the structural engineering drawings for Samajik Hospital in Bangladesh.   

Asyncrite graduated with honors in Civil Engineering from the University of Rwanda. His thesis explored methods for developing wastewater treatment plants to produce organic fertilizer, inspiring initiatives by the Government of Rwanda in the Southern Province.

Before joining MASS in 2018, Asyncrite worked with Creative Century Engineering and consulted with the Africa Building Company.
