A certified fundraising executive, Sylvanus brings nearly a decade of experience in fundraising along with a passion for social justice and design to his role as Business Development, Partnership, and Communication Manager at MASS’s Africa Studio. He focuses on cultivating partnerships and expanding the Catalyst Fund.

Before joining MASS, Sylvanus managed capital campaigns at Strathmore University Foundation and developed partnerships at Village HopeCore International. Outside of work, Sylvanus volunteers his expertise to community-based organizations, demonstrating his commitment to positive change.

Sylvanus trained in Social Work and Community Development at Eldoret National Polytechnic and holds a diploma in Design Thinking. He is a member of the Kenya Association of Fundraising Professionals.
