Léa Sarabwe

Léa Sarabwe joined MASS in 2021 as a Senior Operations Manager. Almost two years later, now as a Director of Operations, Léa continues to focus on the optimization of company operations for the Africa Studio at MASS. 

Before joining MASS, Léa was part of the management team at the Global Education Movement (GEM) Hub, a Southern New Hampshire University’s initiative. She has experience leading and working with teams across different countries and optimizing organizational operations processes.

Through the Rwandan Presidential Scholars program, Léa obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the California Baptist University. She later got an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University.
