In his engineering practice, Joseph prioritizes quality, safety, and ethical standards, believing that effective solutions stem from a mix of creativity and practicality.
Since joining MASS in 2024 as a Civil Engineering Fellow, Joseph has contributed to the design of civil structures for a health care space catering to mothers and newborns, including earthworks, hardscape features, utilities, and water management systems.
Before MASS, Joseph worked with NPD Ltd and lent his skills to the design and construction of various road projects, including Imbuga City Walk, a car-free zone in Kigali's central business district. He is certified in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Joseph graduated with honors from the Institute of Applied Sciences (INES) in Ruhengeri, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. His thesis focused on enhancing human interaction through the design of a road connecting Musanze and Kinigi.
