Jessica Williamson has spent her career helping small to mid-sized non-profit organizations build strong networks of support. She is motivated by finding creative solutions to tackle issues that have been under-resourced or under-served by our socioeconomic policies.
As the Manager of Philanthropy & Partnerships at MASS Design Group, Jessica champions MASS’s development strategies, helping to generate and manage gift income according to best practices. Since joining MASS in 2022, she has helped the organization create a strategy for raising unrestricted funding to help MASS advance its work serving its global nonprofit partner network.
Prior to joining MASS, Jessica helped to raise more than $1M for the New England Culinary Arts Training (NECAT), an organization that provides job training to current and formerly incarcerated individuals in Boston. She has supported a contemporary arts organization in Leeds, England in securing investment for an adaptive reuse capital project that transformed a former brewery into a lively cultural hub and public art gallery.
Jessica graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Women’s Studies. She completed a Master’s in Communications from the University of Westminster in London.
