Jean Luc believes that by applying people-centered design, architecture can play a vital role in addressing some of the world's most pressing challenges, including climate change and social inequities.
As a Designer at MASS, Jean Luc works on construction administration, design development, and visualization for several projects in education and conservation. Over the past three years, he has successfully delivered projects such as the Center of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering & E-Health (Kigali, Rwanda) and the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (Bugesera, Rwanda). In addition to his role in design, Jean Luc supports the Business Development team in the sourcing & tracking of potential opportunities for the company.
Outside MASS, Jean Luc is a chartered member of the Rwanda Institute of Architects (RIA).
Jean Luc holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Rwanda’s School of Architecture and Built Environment, where he explored early childhood development in underresourced areas.
