Hervé brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role, focusing on designing and constructing efficient systems that prioritize safety and comfort. His expertise spans the spectrum of electrical system design, installation, testing, and commissioning across diverse environments, including buildings, communication stations, and PV plants.
As the Director of Electrical Engineering at MASS, Hervé has led the electrical design work on projects such as the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (Rwanda), Norrsken Kigali House (Rwanda), the African Leadership University (Rwanda), the Integrate Health headquarters (Togo), and the National Heroes’ Museum (Rwanda).
Hervé holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Power Engineering from the University of Rwanda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Mount Kenya University. He is registered with the Institute of Engineers Rwanda and holds electrical installation permits issued by the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority. As a member of the technical committee at the Rwanda Standards Board, Hervé contributes to assessing standards needs and adoption in his field.
