MASS is currently seeking applications for our class of Summer 2025 interns for our US office locations. Our internships provide the opportunity to engage with a wide range of projects using MASS’s approach to design for impact. Interns will be paid in the range of $20-$26 per hour, depending location and experience and are expected to work a full time schedule of 40 hours per week. Interns should be prepared to relocate for in-person work in one of our main offices in either Boston, Massachusetts; Poughkeepsie, New York or Santa Fe, New Mexico.MASS is unable to provide visa sponsorship for applicants located outside the United States. While we welcome applicants from all educational levels and backgrounds, our internships are geared towards applicants who are currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from undergraduate or graduate Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning/Design or similar degree programs.Applicants with experience or interest in any of the following topical areas are encouraged to apply:
