Emily joined MASS in 2021 as a Space and Society Conway Fellow. At MASS, she supports the Boston design team across various health care projects and contributes to the work within the Public Memory and Memorials Lab. Originally from Rochester, New York, Emily is an aspiring architect motivated by the ability of architecture to acknowledge the presence and histories of trauma in shaping safe, caring, and dignified environments for all. She received her Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh in 2019.
