Yves Iradukunda

Yves is the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Innovation and ICT for the Government of Rwanda. Yves joined the public service from the Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy where he served as the Rwanda Country Director. Prior to AGGP, he was a Senior Director at MASS Design Group overseeing operations in Rwanda and ensuring coordination across other global offices for the design collective.

Yves has an educational experience through his work with Bridge2Rwanda as a professional career advisor focusing on talent development, coaching and counseling scholars and professionals with regards to their personal and career development. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Emerging Leaders and Entrepreneurs of Rwanda.

Yves is an alum of the African Leadership University School of Business where he earned an MBA degree. As a Rwanda Presidential Scholar, he earned a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University.
