Born and raised in Rwanda, Victor is among the first locally trained architects and received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Rwanda in 2016. Victor joined the 2016 inaugural cohort of the African Design Centre, a unique training program at MASS for the African continent for recent graduates of architecture and engineering. He is interested in innovative uses for materials to build dignifying processes and spaces for his community.
