Molly joined MASS in 2018 and is based in the Boston office. She serves as a key ambassador of MASS culture code, supporting leadership and ensuring MASS project teams are working to their fullest potential. Shaped by her experiences teaching English in South Korea, public health work in Ecuador and women’s health and population field studies in Jerusalem, Molly became passionate about cross-cultural immersion and experiential education. She has led immersion courses for youth in Kenya, Costa Rica, and the American Northwest. Prior to joining MASS, Molly worked at Global Citizen Year in emergency planning and response, developing risk management systems for immersion programs in Ecuador, Senegal, Brazil, and India. Molly’s interests meet at the intersection of architecture, public health, and social impact and how design can be utilized to positively impact the social, economic, and political forces of society.
Molly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Global Health and Education from the University of Illinois, a certificate in passive house construction from Earthship Biotecture and was a scholarship recipient and graduate of University of California, Berkeley’s InCity Urban Planning and Sustainability program.
