I believe that architecture can serve as a practical and innovative stimulant for social change, but it is necessary that we operate with integrity and accountability.
Jill of All Trades
Boston, MA, USA
Taciana joined MASS’s Development team in September 2017 as an Executive Assistant. She oversees the administrative tasks that allow our executives to be the best designers, leaders, and advocates possible within our organization and more broadly to our field.
Her position title changed to “Jill of All Trades” after transitioning to the Operations team June of 2018. The new title was fitting as she now champions the organizational culture and keeps the office running smoothly through top-notch service to internal and external stakeholders. She orchestrates all supply procurement and logistics between our two international offices, event planning, and other administrative support.
Taciana received both her Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and her Master’s of Science in Global Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University. During her time at school, she was selected to participate in multiple programs, which included internship opportunities that helped further her experiential education. There she expanded her knowledge in healthcare landscapes throughout the Boston community. Prior to MASS, she worked as a Program Manager for Massachusetts General Hospital where she assisted with their residency program. Taciana’s passions mainly revolve around health care administration reform that serves underprivileged communities and hopes to work with organizations that take strides to fight social injustices.
