Giovanni first joined MASS in September 2018 as an intern. After completing his studies, he returned to MASS in December 2020 as a Design Consultant. A registered architect in Italy, he is currently serving as a Senior Architect on different healthcare projects in the Kigali office.
At MASS, Giovanni has worked on various projects, including the Rwandan Institute for Conservation Agriculture and the Samajik Health Science Institute & Research Centre, a 520-bed teaching hospital in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Since January 2022, he has taken part in the design of the New Luanda Military Hospital, a 200-bed health facility that will serve the Angolan military and the public at large.
Giovanni received his Master's degree in architecture from the Roma Tre University in March 2020 with the thesis "Rom-Berlin", a historical study on politics and architecture in Nazi Germany and fascist Italy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the IUAV University of Venice. In 2019, he completed a study exchange at the University of Derby after being awarded a 9-month Erasmus scholarship from the EU.
